[Blue Dương](https://77betaz.org/founder-blue-duong/), tên khai sinh là Dương Mỹ Lâm, hiện đang là founder tại 77betaz.org. Blue Dương có sở thích du lịch, chụp ảnh, nghe nhạc, và tập Gym. Cô bắt đầu sự nghiệp nghệ thuật của mình trong lĩnh vực người mẫu ảnh và DJ, đồng thời là một Gymer chuyên nghiệp với nhiều giải thưởng lớn tại Hồng Kông và Việt Nam.

Nhờ vào sự ảnh hưởng trên mạng xã hội và cộng đồng, vào năm 2013, Blue Dương được THA Bet mời làm MC cho nhà cái. Mặc dù không nhận lời mời này, cô đã giới thiệu nhiều hot girl và influencer nổi tiếng đến làm việc tại đây. Sau đó Blue Dương được bổ nhiệm làm người quản lý chính của team MC và dealer, sau đó phát triển sang thị trường Việt Nam, quê hương của cô.
